All transactions on p282 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). p282 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by p282 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

p282's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of an account for cause, p282 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, p282 may forfeit some or all funds in the account. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting p282 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
